This part of the service includes:
- Project management for new buildings or conversions
- Supervision during construction and commissioning of the vessel
- Collaboration with yards or individual designers for redesigning vessels and conversions of yachts or boats to serve the purposes of the marine tourist market
- Collaboration with yards or individual designers for redesigning and modifications of yachts to suit owners’ special requirements
- Attending and supervising all refit, repair work and maintenance
